Arsène Wenger is concerned about injuries for his left backs André Santos and Kieran Gibbs, also departure of two African players for Africa Cup of Nations; Marouane Chamakh and Gervinho. Thierry Henry will be available for this short period to cover for the forwards.

Bolton Wanderers
The club has poor goal difference after Wigan with -20 and still struggling at the 20th position collecting only 13 points after 19 games. With limited funds they should opt for cheaper players and loan deals cover for weakness in several positions. Gary Cahill has attracted interest from top clubs but Chelsea has been more linked to the his transfer recently. Tim Ream from New Yolk Red Bulls is among Coyle target.

André Villas-Boas has already loss Nicolas Anelka and Alex transfer request was accepted. African players, Didier Drogba, Salomon and Mikel Obi will be away for Africa Cup of Nations.
