The Barcelona star score 4 goals to set new high La Liga goals record and the world record of most goals in a season Barcelona 4-0 win against Espanyol at Nou Camp.  Messi has now scored 50 goals in La Liga this season and 72 goals in all competition this season alone. With his 14^th hat-trick in Spanish league puts him ahead of Cesar Rodriguez for 5 goals more. Argentinian has reached 251 in 327 Barcelona appearances.
