0 Chelsea FC sacked Roberto Di Matteo following poor performance in UEFA champions league and premier league after 262 days.

Roberto Di Matteo had a strange line-up for do and die champions league tie against Juventus. Following 3-0 lost he definitely new it is just a matter of time before he park his bags.

The former Chelsea midfielder took over Chelsea following AVB sack and was followed by astonishing results which saw Chelsea go all the way to win the Champions League and then FA cup title. Despite Chelsea recent attractive football they have drop back in premier league title race and the worst is losing the prospect of qualification to the last 16 in UEFA champions’ league. Chelsea will be the first Champions league holder to go out at group stage

3 Chelsea FC face Tottenham in cruoascial game for Di Mateo and Andres Villa Boas .

Tottenham v Chelsea crucial games
Chelsea travels to White Hart Lane to face Tottenham in Premier League 8 round games. This is an interesting game for many reasons for the two clubs, fans and head coaches. Andreas Villa Boas meets his former club, assistant coach and players for the first time since he was sacked. Roberto Di Mateo step in AVB shoes and knowing his fate was also at stake he concentrate more on defending and with this style he managed to win UEFA Champions league. This trophy was what club owner wanted and was happy to give contract to RDM.

Tottenham and Chelsea FC playing styles
With some change of players following summer transfer Chelsea playing style has mutated completely and seems to play a bit more fast and attacking football. Chelsea face Tottenham which play pretty similar style but Spurs seems to be accustomed to their style than Chelsea using the likes of Bale and Lennon which might be a bit of a trouble for league leaders. But then again, Chelsea which using to possess more at the back this season have midfielders like Juan Mata, Oscar and Eden Hazard which stays with the ball more at the centre and front side. Tottenham vs Chelsea is always an interesting match especially when both clubs are on good form.

Tottenham vs Chelsea FC - Is it a revenge?
This game will definitely be revenge, Tottenham wasn't happy after 5-1 defeat with controversial goal in FA game last season or AVB revenge to Chelsea management to sacking him on first season.  The Portuguese manager did not have a good relationship with senior players and would like to prove a point.

Premier League form in recent matches
Tottenham fans are happy to face Chelsea following Tottenham four consecutive wins in previous game include famous 3-2 against Manchester United. And the victory over Manchester United was on away game at Old Trafford. But Chelsea has 3 consecutive wins, including 2-1 victory against Arsenal away too. Both teams are at very good form hand club fans will expect nothing than a tough interesting game.
